Video of the Day

Classic song mashed up with classic kids show. What could be better and I know it may be old but still funny as hell.

New Apathy Album Dropped!

Apathy dropped a new album as of yesterday titled Wanna Snuggle. I figured I would let it be known since he gets know love in the mainstream world. And with that I also am putting up one of the songs to leak prior to album dropping. As always go support the artist here.

New Artwork: Felt 3: A Tribute to Rosie Perez

A look at the cover of Felt's return to the hip-hop scene. Slug (Atmosphere) and Murs (Living Legends) reunite for their third release from moniker FELT. These MCs teamed up with The Grouch (Living Legends) in 2002 to release FELT’s debut album A Tribute to Christina Ricci. Collaborating with producer Ant (Atmosphere) in 2005 resulted in their second coming A Tribute to Lisa Bonet. With the fresh addition of Aesop Rock (Def Jux) on production and unwavering love for those forgotten actresses who warmed their hearts, Slug and Murs are pleased to present FELT 3: A Tribute to Rosie Perez dropping 11.17.09 on Rhymesayers Entertainment.

Mixtapetorrent.com

So I am going to start a daily, weekly, possibly monthly post depending on mixtapetorrent.com wealth of mixtapes I can actually listen to more than once. If you don't know what torrents are I have provided link to UTorrent so you can get an understanding of how it all works. Once you have that installed you can download from mixtapetorrent.com. These are not albums but mixtapes they are all free and should not be sold for retail for any reason.
This post starts with four albums that have come out in the last month or so. Enjoy.

WTF!? Moment of the Day

Seriously I like Jay-Z but to give him hottest MC in the game right now is just wrong. He released a mediocre at best this year other than that I don't see any justification for his spot on this list. MTV usually gets it wrong anyways but I had this pic and just had a reason to use it finally.

Secret To My Success

Another video I came across while browsing today. Love how Charlie and Mac butcher this classic Yello song on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
